The cigar bands "Piramide Serie P No.2" (Pyramids P.No.2 Series) and Reserva Serie D4 (Reserve D4 Series), belonging to Partagas brand, were launched at Habana´s Habano Festival.
Habanos S.A firm executives presented the new cigar bands at the Melia Cohina Hotel´s Cetro Hall, currently celebrating its tenth anniversary of creation.
Sales Manager Enrique Babot said the Piramide Serie P No.2 comes in a Semi Boite Nature case, with a red and golden band, and the elegance and quality of the the Reserva Serie may attract the most discerning smokers.
Habanos firm vice presidents Manuel Garcia and Javier Terres, Partagas Factory Director Hilda Baro, highly praised the quality of the new cigar models.
People attending the festival visited the Partagas and the Corona factories in Havana, where they met with workers and executives who informed them of the cigar production and quality procedures applied to keep them leading the Premium line.
On Thursday night, the final phase of the Whisky and Cigar Challenge contest will be held at the Convention Palace.
The Havana´s Habano Festival, considered one of the most important in the world, is currently attended by 1,300 people from 56 countries.
