Sol Meliá to Make Big Investments in Cuba
Company executives pointed out that they expect to invest 12 million dollars to keep the 21 establishments the group runs in Cuba in excellent conditions.
Operating under different brands, Sol Meliá administers 8,479 rooms and 16,878 beds in Cuba, said the executives during a promotional program in the Mexican market.
The Spanish consortium runs more than 1,400 rooms in Havana, distributed among the hotels Meliá Cohiba, Meliá Habana and Tryp Habana Libre.
According to experts, Cuba is also an excellent destination for family vacations and to enjoy the country's natural wealth.
