New Hotel Project in the Cuban Capital
The project, which received the 2003 City of Havana Architecture and Engineering Award, will be constructed in the area formerly occupied by the Alaska building, which was demolished a few years ago.
In that regard, the Havana government suggested the construction of the hotel by Grupo Gran Caribe, which is currently preparing the investment.
According to the project, the 22-story hotel will have 265 rooms, several restaurants, commercial gallery, business center, offices, beauty parlor and health center, among other facilities.
The projected four-star-plus hotel is classified within the City for International Tourism line and will be an excellent place for entrepreneurs doing business or attending meetings in Cuba.
The building will cover an area of 25,500 meters and the initial investment will be recovered rapidly.
