Only a few days before the end of the harvest, the company has produced 359,000 tons of citrus.

According to experts, that figure accounts for 9,000 tons above the production plan for the ongoing harvest.

The company produced 27,000 tons of concentrated juice, 800 tons of simple juice and 634 tons of essential oil. The latter is a record production.

Efficiency indicators show that 10.3 ton of orange were used to produce one ton of juice, and 13.9 tons of grapefruit made one ton of juice.

Exports of citrus byproducts increase the product's added value, thus increasing revenues for the domestic economy.
