According to experts, at the beginning of the new Olympic cycle, the free-style wrestler will compete in the World Championship in Budapest, scheduled for September.

The experts said that in that competition, Quintana must win the only first-level title he has not won yet, since he already won a gold medal in the World Cup in 2004.

He is expected to win another gold medal at the 2005 World Cup. He was a gold medallist at the continental level and a silver medallist at the World Championship in New York in 2003.

Quintana expects good results at the Central American and Caribbean Games in Colombia in 2006.

Quintana's title in Athens'2004 is the second gold medal that Cuba has won in Olympic games, since the first one went to Alejandro Puerto in Barcelona'92.
