As a prelude to the 9th National Health Labor Congress, whose final sessions are scheduled for February 15-16, working groups will debate through January 31 a document that includes recommendations.

During these meetings participants will look into issues including medical ethics, work, technological and social discipline, individual responsibility in each of their jobs, and the collective morale.

Over 500 delegates are slated to attend the Congress including 86 who are currently offering their medical cooperation in other nations.
