A delegation of artists from eastern Holguín province will travel to that Mexican city to participate in the festivities.

The group includes representatives of the folkloric group La Campana, opera singer María Dolores Rodríguez, author Eugenio Marrón and guitarist Eliécer Travieso, among other artists.

The program will consist of an exhibition of feature-length films, including "Vampiros en La Habana" (Vampires in Havana), "Clandestinos" (Clandestine) and "La Muerte de un Burócrata" (The Death of a Bureaucrat).

In addition, Afro-Cuban shows will be staged at the Municipal Palace of Monterrey, and lectures on Cuban culture and photo exhibitions will be held.
