In addition, the equipment installed in red ceramic and gypsum plants and in the stone mills will be updated, among other initiatives.

The construction industry in Ciego de Avila produces high-quality floor tiles, Creole and French tiles, lattice, hexagonal tiles, staircase steps and light bricks.

It also supplies gypsum to cement factories in Siguaney, Nuevitas and Santiago de Cuba.
