The establishment is located in the Hemingway Marina Tourist Community and will serve dishes from Guandong (Canton) and Sichuan.

The Pabellón del Tesoro (Treasure Pavilion) Restaurant, owned by the company Palmares (Group Cubanacán), will have a smorgasbord on the ground floor.

Located by the sea, the restaurant resulted from a proposal that Palmares presented to the Chinese Embassy in Havana to have that country's cuisine represented in the company's culinary offers.

In order to open the restaurant, whose trial phase began in May, technical assistance was hired from a Peruvian company and experienced Chinese cooks are working in the establishment.
