The event, aimed at promoting diving and water sport activities, is scheduled from June 29 to July 1, and will be attended by Cuban and foreign experts.

On this occasion, the region of Bay of Pigs, where Playa Larga and Playa Girón are located, will be added. The area holds some 20 diving sites.

In the region's "cenotes" or flooded caves, diving lovers will be able to enjoy speleological diving, an option that can also be practiced in Caleta Buena and that is an exclusive attraction of the Zapata Peninsula.

The meeting will allow diving lovers, Cuban nautical companies, diving schools, companies and tour operators to exchange experiences.

Precisely, the Caleta Buena product, an unknown diving destination in Cuba, and the new diving school run by Hoteles Horizontes at the Playa Girón Hotel, will be presented during the meeting.
