Yes. Tourist cards can be purchased at Cuban consulates, and travel agencies or airlines authorized to do so. Visas and tourist cards are valid for 30 days from the day you arrive in Cuba, with the possibility of renewal for another 30 days. This must be filled in very carefully and kept safe. Should you lose it or make mistakes when filling it in, you will need to purchase a new one. You will also need it to depart from Cuba so please keep it with your passport.There are different types of visas required so please inquire if you are planning to stay in Cuba longer than one month, if you are going for purposes other than touring or if you are not planning to stay in a hotel.
